Hey there :)
- For this project you need a drop of superglue and a 6cm filamentstrip -
Step 1: Load the files into the slicer
- Or you use the gcodes, just look at the given requirements
Step 2: Correct the orientation of the models
- The CASE, LIT and LATCH are printed with supports only on the printbed like showen:
Step 3: Slice
- Add supports if you haven't yet (only on the printbed)
- 0.2mm Layerhight (0.4mm nozzle)
- 15% Infill (Gyroid)
- PETG preferred
Step 4: Assembly
- Remove all supports
- Place the LIT on the CASE (make sure it sits in place)
- Put a small amout of supperglue on the spot showen below:
- Press the LATCH on the bar of the LIT with the orientation as showen below:
- Let the glue dry
- Insert the filamentstrip into the linkage and trim both sides flush to the part
