Today at IKEA I found the container SUNNERSTA (actually the name of a part of Uppsala where I live). SUNNERSTA is a small basket meant to be attached to a rod e.g. in the kitchen to hold a bunch of utensils.
I however got the idea to have it as a small waste basket under my desk, so I made a small stand-alone holder for it which can be screwed under a desk plate.
Additionally you will need a 8mm diameter plastic or aluminum tube, 110mm in length.
