I recently assembled a V-Core3 printer from a RatRig kit. I put together the attached tools to assist with assembly. The tools are:
- Spacers for the A and B motor pulleys. You snap these on the shaft, and then put the pulley on and slide it down to the spacer. Tighten the pulley and then remove the spacer. This eliminates the need to adjust the pulley height.
- A helper to space out the electronics subframe. The exact distance depends on the thickness of your electronics panel (instructions say 47mm minus this thickness), so I have included 43, 44, 45, and 47mm versions). You can print one or more of these and it will help ensure your subframe is parallel and spaced properly.
- A PTFE cutter which helps you cut a PTFE tube the appropriate length when using the Rapido hotend in the EVA 3.0 extruder (43.7mm).
