A simple counter that only rotates one way, to counter the number of balls in an over.
When printing the top and the inner part will need rotating so the text is facing down to the plate.
You will also need 3 8mm M3 bolts to put it together.
You might have to run a 2.5mm drill bit through each bolt hole just to open them up enough for the bolts to cut their own threads.
I have used correction fluid to make the numbers on the inner numbers stand out.
