holeModifier and topModifier do not need to be printed (see print section)
- The arm should be freely rotate on its axis without any resistance, currently there is 0.3 mm tolerance (radius). If that is not enough, you can use the holeModifier file: when printing the Arm load holeModifier as negative volume and resize it to the desired tolerance.
- Top and Bottom parts are designed for press-fit assembly, there is currently 0 mm tolerance between them but, you can adjust the Top part using the topModifier as described above
- Spring should consists only of walls
Assembly
The assembly is pretty straight forward. Place the spring in the Bottom part (you will need to bend it a bit) and then put the arm in place. Finally press the Bottom and Top parts together.
