The the female part of the arca swiss style quick connector. With built in supports. Print at 0.2mm layer height, 0.4 or 0.6 nozzle.
Blue part goes on tripod head, while red part goes on tripod itself. Have not tested tolerances yet, so you might have to do some testing.
