This was another one of those oh-honey-don't-buy-that-on-amazon-i-can-just-make-you-one projects 😁
Approximate measurements in mm are 64x70x140. Model consists of two sides, each with 4mm square holes that the three 3.8mm pegs simply press-fit into. Depending on the tuning of your printer, the size of the pegs may need to be adjusted for a snug fit.
I printed in Hatchbox PLA with PrusaSlicer's .20MM SPEED preset, modified for 20% lightning infill. I did it in 3 separate prints but depending on your bed size it could probably be done in a single print.
