I designed this specifically for this hanger from Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004006702098.html
However, it could fit all sorts of clips of the same type.
I originally printed this with Polymaker PLA which is a bit soft, and one of the legs broke off after a couple of months, so I designed v3 which has a larger base.
Printing this model is a challenge because supports can be easily knocked off by the nozzle when it starts printing the end of the hooks.
Some recommendations for a successful print:
- Use tree-style support with a larger base (tuned via “Branch Diameter Angle” setting in Cura)
- Use Z Hop
- 40mm/s print speed (can be applied to start from just the top part)
- Overhanging wall speed @ 50% or less
