LAST UPDATE: Lasted 6 sessions indoor skatepark. (Cracked on the axle mount hole. Notised the crack at home after session.)

Small size freestyle frame. No fancy design or technology. Made theese just to try out freesyle frame blading.

The model is 255mm long so I could print it on my Prusa Mini+ (print bed only 180 x 180 x 180mm).

Wheel base is 233mm and fits 65mm wheels (at least on my EU40 size FR UFR skate).

One frame weighs 300g.

Additional hardware: You need “USD Aeon / Kizer Fluid Axle bolt set”. They fit this model and include metal inserts, to be installed between axle and frame. (See picture).

(Some other manufacturer's (eg Oysi) frame spacers are thinner, so the wheel might be just a tad loose between the frame walls. Not tested, but FYI, if you plan to use some thing else).

The holes print snug so that you can drill them to perfect fit. 10mm drill bit for axle holes, and 6mm for boot mounting holes.

Printed on a Prusa Mini+, 0,4mm nozzle:

  • eSUN PLA+
  • 220C
  • 0,3mm layer height
  • 0,6mm extr. width
  • 100% infill
  • 10 hours and 45minutes
