This is a vacuum cleaner attachment to help tarps, drop cloths and lightweight rugs from getting sucked into the hose. It fits 1-¼" vacuum tubes. The little fingers hold the tarp away from the tube but let the dirt get sucked up. The inside is tapered to fit snugly on a vacuum tube.
