Developed for my PhD work.
This is a peristaltic pump driven by a Nema-17 or alike motor using an Arduino (nano or alike) and EasyDriver.
Files for the wiring layout and Arduino code are included. There is also a table that contains the list of electronic parts.
note: a change from the wiring diagram, It's easier to buy a push button switch with built in LED
Arduino code has been pulled from multiple projects and adapted for my use.
Also needed are: 11 M3x10-12mm screws, 1 M2x15mm screw, 1 M3x25-30mm screw
A single M3x4mm grub screw (secures the bearings to the motor shaft)
8 nylock M3 nuts or nuts + lock washers.
A 250mL nalgene
A PTFE connector
Latex tubing (4mm OD, 2mm ID)
Various unlisted cables for connections.
Power supply enough to power your chosen motor.
Step-down transformer to power your motor.
6x needle locking bearings (otherwise redesign bearings holder to fit your bearings)
example (cheaper from alibaba): https://www.mcmaster.com/6392K43/
To control the tension on the arm that presses against the tubing, cut off a piece of the latex tubing a place over the long screw

The following references the cover image: a) shows the location of the speed control knob attached to the potentiometer underneath. b) shows the location of the master power rocker-style on/off switch. c) shows the location for the toggle-style on/off button. An inverted 250 mL Nalgene bottle with its underside cut off holds the polishing fluid. The bottle cap uses a PTFE connector with opening for the 4 mm outer diameter latex tubing.
