Should be easy and Quick to print (2.5 hours on my CR6) no supports, .25 layers. The more infill you do the heavier the base will be and therefore more stable. The center hole is there to make it easier to clean/dry if the need arises. Designed in tinkercad because I thought the facets tinkercad makes would look good in silk and glow in the dark filaments.
