This replaces a collar that holds the center shaft of a pepper mill. The old broken collar does not need to be completely removed. The outer ring can be left in place along with the nubs that are left behind. This model accounts for that with the recesses on the OD. There's also a lip that sits on the original collar. This design is meant for a slight interference fit so you may need to gently press it in.

This is not only a replacement but also an improvement over the original design due to the improved strain reliefs and wider connection points. I installed this with a smooth plastic sleeve that I cut out from some hard/flexible packaging material. PET? or Acetate sheet? I felt they would wear better against the threaded metal shaft.
The included gcode was meant for a wanhao duplicator 6. PLA is fine.
