I created this model at the request of my MIL. It was to replace a similar tray she had that was coming apart. I made the design somewhat similar. The initial print was done in PLA, however, I found that this was unreliable as the model tended to warp under hot water. I would definitly recommend using something more thermally stable, such as PETG.
I initially printed this flat on all models. The top and bottom trays print fine this way, however, the main body may end up with quality issues on the underside of the middle tray if using support material. Printing at ~45º may resolve that issue.
