This is a remix of the original BLV Cube: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718
Since Thingiverse no longer works, I post my remix here.

List of major changes:

  • Double mosquito bowden hotend setup
  • The limit switch mount on the left is increased so 10T85 switch can fit into it
  • Removed 40mm fan
  • Add LJ12A3-4-Z sensor mount
  • Replaced M3 nuts with brass M3x4mm threads
  • Shorten the fan duct

Print instructions

Marlin Configuration.h:

define HOTEND_OFFSET_X { 0.0, 18.8 }

define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { 9.4, 23.5, 0 }

BOM:

  • Screws form original BLV project
  • 2x mosquito hotend clones: http://ali.pub/4pqors
  • 1x 10T85 or similar limit switch
  • A few M3 x 4mm brass threads: http://ali.pub/4pt3xx
  • 5015 radial fan
  • LJ12A3-4-Z sensor probing

How to assemble:
Insert the brass thread into the 4mm holes of the plastic parts (Xcarriage-_double_mosquito_locker, Xcarriage-_Front_plate_For_double_mosquito, Xcarriage-_Rear_plate) using a heated soldering iron (as in the video: https://youtu.be/-ZlDRSxjoqY?t=243).
Then you can assemble the design as in the original BLV Cube model.
Watch the video on the assembly of the printer, there is a moment with the assembly of the hotend. Just please insert the screws from the back of the Xcarriage-_Rear_plate, and not vice versa (error in the video).
Thanks to this, the hotend will be very easy to dissemble, because its main part can be detached indiscriminately from the carriage.
