I've designed these balls to make handling the brakes on longer flights easier for my fingers. They work well for me and you don't need to open the knots to mount them. Just screw the parts over the triangle/loop on the upper side of the handle.
You need to print both parts and a M3 screw and nut.
I've printed them in TPU with 100% infill as it gives a softer feeling in the hand, but basically every material should work.
