Attach to a standard wooden broomstick that you can get from a hardware store. Screw the stake onto the bottom end and slide the platform onto the top end. Ridges are added to the platform to better hold the bottom of a bottle.
If your unfamiliar with the game, the rules are:
Balance an empty beer bottle on top of two sticks. Players separate into two teams of one or two. Teams take turn throwing a frisbee to knock the other team's bottle to the ground, either by hitting the stick or the bottle, without stepping past their own bottle. Players are required to throw with one hand, whilst holding a beer in the other. If a team successfully knocks the other's bottle to the ground they get a point, however if the defending team catches the bottle before it hits the ground it doesn't count. If the defending team does not catch the bottle or the frisbee, they take a drink.
