For best strength print this with perimeters only.
Use washers.
If you get deforming over time (due to too heavy load or too high temperature) you can try PETG or ASA/ABS instead of PLA. With my use case (see picture) the bracket is easily able to withstand the load even after a year of using. However deforming of the first bracket I had downloaded and printed was the reason I designed this one in the first place.
