This is a simple GPU anti-sag inspired by Sanguium's excellent design. However, I need something that can support 3.5 slots at about 53 mm total height which is far shorter than anything I could found.

So I decided to make my own in OpenSCAD that can support anything from 30 mm to 100 mm. You can also compile your own using the provided OpenSCAD source files.

Variants

  • 30mm-40mm should work with GPU in SFF cases
  • 40mm-55mm should work with 4-slots GPU or GPU in SFF cases
  • 50mm-62mm should work with 3.5-slots GPU
  • 60mm-82mm should work with 3 slots GPU
  • 70mm-102mm should work with 1-2 slots GPU

Modifying

Extract gpu-anti-sag.zip and open gpu-anti-sag.scad with OpenSCAD and modify variables according to the comment in the source file. Press [F5] to preview the result, and press [F6] to render. Chose File → Export once finished rendering.

You want to modify Total_Height to the minimum height you want. Total_Height of 50 should allow the anti-sag to be adjustable up to Total_Height + (Total_Height - Top_Height - Bottom_Height). For example, the setting used to generate gpu-anti-sag-50mm-62mm.3mf:

Total_Height = 50;
Top_Height = 13;
Bottom_Height = 25;

Will allow up to 50+(50-13-25) = 62 mm.
