The stock rubber bumpers eventually get smashed down to be too short, or rot away. I purchased Part #: 01658-00393, which say are for Infiniti G35 and Nissan 350Z, but they did not fit my 2005 G35 Sedan, causing the door to stick out 3.7mm.
There is a built-in support for the retention prongs, which should easily peel away using tweezers. No slicer-placed supports should be necessary.
I printed with FilamentOne 98A TPU, .325 layer height, 2 perimeters, 10% infil. Minimal fan to try and get the strongest layer adhesion possible.
You'll want to print two.
