Warning it's a prototype, don't give it to a kid to ride! Just not yet, it's not tested to fully comply with safety precautions.

Frame is made out of 3 elements to easily print out on Prusa MK3S bed.

Stem bearings (41/30mm) are suppose to snap-fit internally in frame head, like in standard bike frame.

Saddle tube is 13mm int. and 15.9mm ext, wheel size 12 inch.

All real parts (besides stem bearings) I took from “Cariboo Magnesium Air” bike.

Elements are held together by adding 9mm Carbon fiber pipes. The rods lenght is about 140-150mm (it's better to make it them a bit shorter) and it needs 6 of them. They can be find in hobby store.

Pressing the rods in to the frame is a bit of a hassle, cause the fitting must be almost perfect without any slack.

I didn't use any glue to join the frame pieces.

Printed with fiberlogy NYLON PA12+CF15 with e3d nozzle X.

Without supports head and back, middle one with, infill 20% and 3 perimeters.

Printing time is about 22 hours. And it needs 800-900g of CF Nylon.

The frame withstands a load of 30 kg. But use it on your own risk!
