It may have to be scaled up a bit more to make a reasonably sized cookie, but the model size provides a nearly 4.75" (120mm) across cutout. For the most user flexibility, I went with what would fit on my 120x120 print bed (at a 45-degree angle as shown).
Print settings (standard):
0.2mm layer height
15-30% infill
No supports
