Dynabrade DA Sander lock nut tool v1
The tool is made to remove the nut that holds the air motor in the housing of a Dynabrade orbital sanders. I made this to rebuild and clean the air motor in my sanders.
- Compatible with 65mm, 14 sided oil filter wrench to apply more torque.
- ½" drive printed directly into the model for use with a ratchet.
- Clears the counter weight of the sander.
F360 files included in case you need to modify the part to fit another sander model.
Print Settings
You may be able to get away with other settings these just worked for me on the first try.

- 0.30mm layer height
- 20% infill
- adaptive cubic
- 3 Bottom layers
- 5 perimeters
- 4 Top layers
