On my build I had a very tight double bend I needed to make with 16mm PETG, I wasted about 500mm before I decided to CAD it up, print a mould out of ABS and bend the tubing that way. I uploaded pictures to reddit and many people asked for the .STL - So I've created a suite of parametric tools for doing this, as well as hardline tubing tools in general :)
Instructions for using the parametric files in Fusion 360 are included on a .PDF.
To use the double 90 moulds; Pre-heat them until warm with your heat gun, heat your tube, clamp the two parts between a desk vice and wait for it to cool. Use the edges of the moulds (while still clamped) as a saw guide, or leave them proud and trim down to size after!
To use the cutting guide; Clamp lightly in your vice, insert your tubing until flush along the bottom, clamp down tightly (the part will flex), use the straight edges as guides for your hacksaw.
I Included some pre-exported files to save you time if you just want the single 90 or cutting guide.
