Simple remix of WillLyon's sizing jig. Instead of embossing numbers and tick marks, I raised them. This way you can use filament change to give them a different color.
I also include an STL file that combines imperial and metric into one jig.
The GCODE files are confgured for material/color change at the appropriate layer.
Print instructions
Printed in PLA, 0.2 mm layer height, 10% infill.
I had to check Detect Thin Walls to make the numbers print properly.
