The Pico4DasAdapter-Front.stl is for the left side of the headset, where the USB plugs in. Mirror the STL in your slicing software to print an adapter for the right side of the headset.
Remove headphones from the Vive DAS as in the instructions here:

Attach the headphones to the adapter using the screw you removed when removing the headphones from the DAS head strap. Put some thread locker on the screw to prevent it from loosening when moving rotating the headphones. Since the metal insert in the middle of the DAS headphones retracts, it might take a couple of tries to get the screw to catch the threads before it retracts.
Use an M2 screw and nut to mount the adapter to the Pico4 headband.
