I didn't find a model for a cross rest that I liked so made this one in FreeCAD. The hole for the cue is 12mm diameter.

I wanted a rest where the two arms of the cross are not at 90 degrees - so you get a choice of two different heights.
The pictured print is 0.2 layer height in ESun silk PLA, because its pretty - not the strongest filament I have used. We'll see how it goes and reprint in PETG if necessary.
If it doesn't fit the end of your cue I have a parametric version that I uploaded to Maker World to use their parametric model maker.
