As the name describes it it's a little adapter that makes it so that you can mount your side mounted spool holder on top of the machine, it's someone else's design originally but I remixed it so that I could mount it on top of my CR10 smart with T bolts, or whatever those screw and nuts are called to mount it on the profiles I can't find the original design anymore so if you find it you can comment so I can give him credit
