This came from another project I was doing, where I came up with the idea of a circular based corner connection for puzzle pieces and messed around with that. I recreated this and added unique edge geometry to make it a cool looking tessellating shape. There is a tolerance of about .5mm, they fit together great for me. If it won't work for you you can try scaling it up or let me know and I can add a higher tolerance version.
