My daughter asked me if I could print a chair big enough for her to sit in.
Challenge accepted.
I designed a snap fit joint for the legs and posts (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:218949), then made the seat and back rest the maximum size that I could print on my Replicator 2.
My daughter loved the chair, but quickly grew out if it. Now she uses it as a chair for her stuffed animals.
Instructions
Sliced at Medium quality in Makerware (0.2 mm layer height, 10% infill). Printed on a Replicator 2 in PLA.
Warping was a big problem on the seat and back rest. I had to level the build plate carefully before each print.
Once all the parts were printed, the legs and back posts snap into the seats and back rest. It takes a bit a force to get them in, but once there in, it's a snug fit.
