this is version 1.0, I guess i will add an improved version sooner or later
splitted it into diffrent parts for easy printing and removed the clamps.
print the parts with leters up!!
Measurements:
length total 250 mm
width is 128 mm (maybe i will make a 100mm version)
Handlebar diameter up to 35mm (maybe will add some variations)
Stem diameter up to 40mm (maybe will add some variations)
Filament material:
PLA or what you think is good ;)
Recommended printing settings:
ARM's
- layer height: 0.2
- perimeters: 4
- infil: 10% - 30 % ( I used 15%)
Connector's
- layer height: 0.1 (for better holes) - 0.2
- perimeters: 4
- infil: 10% - 30 % ( I used 15%)
Under stem
- layer height: 0.1 (for better holes) - 0.2
