🔧 Assembly & Tips
Print the case and latches in PETG for durability
Print the seal in TPU for flexibility and a snug fit
PLA is possible if the case is mostly used indoors
If no seal is required, it can simply be omitted
🔩 Required Parts
3× M3×30 screws (stainless steel recommended, galvanized also works)
Foam insert for the lid to keep MicroSD cards securely in place
💡 Foam Tip
I used 30 mm thick acoustic foam I had available.
Packing foam from Creality or Prusa printer boxes also works well when cut to size.
