My brush gears have stripped over the years of use, and the brush lost one of the arms due to wear.
These are a direct replacement for the brush and gears.
Step file added for any needed minor adjustments. Models could potentially be modified (within Prusaslicer even) to separate the bottom spacers from the gears to remove the need for supports and make cleanup easier.
Print gears with nylon or other higher wear resistance than PLA if possible, but PLA+ seems to work fine for a while.
Brush needs to be printed in TPU and then trimmed to free the brush fibers.
Print everything in 0.2mm layer height. Gears can be printed in a lower height, but performance seems fine. Brush needs to be printed at 0.2mm for brush fibers.
