I wanted to use the SB2040 canbus with umbilical wiring. Most designs rely on a PG7 cable gland but I felt like it would be nice to use a printed part instead.

Cable removal
I found out the hard way that sometimes it's nice if you can remove the canbus cable more easily. So I've added a design (V2 folder) that allows you to remove the cable.
Rear skirt
I added a rear skirt with a hole for the cable. If needed I can upload a version for 250 and 300mm too.
y-endstop: JST-XH
V2 version has a cutout for JST-XH connector

Endstop relocation
I wanted to remove the x and y dragchains, so I had to relocate the endstops. The original XY carriage has a mounting option for an endstop (see photo). For the Y endstop you can reprint and reassemble the A drive (which seemed like too much work). I tried other designs but those limit your build space. Can be mounted with the same screws as the original cable cover.
The xy joint y endstop plate triggers the microswitch and its location is adjustable.
V1 Stealthburner mount
I combined a 7mm cable gland from 93djen with the dragchain mount. This design does not cause any clearance issues at the back of the printer. To be combined with the top nut.
V1 Exhaust cover
Originally I wanted to guide the canbus cable to the A motor. The cables supplied with my mellow canbus kit were not PTFE and therefore unsuitable to use in dragchains. I therefore guided the cable toward the exhaust fan area. I do not use the exhaust fan so I edited the design of RM. The bowden connector screws into the right hole. With holes for threaded inserts.
Bowden clip
To connect the bowden tube to the canbus cable.
Steathburner cover
The SB2040 can get hot, so I used to Stealthburner cover of lbot_3D. It was a pain to print in ASA/ABS. I had to turn off arachne and use a wide brim
Printed in ASA with recommended voron parts settings (4 perimeters, 40% infill)
