I didn't have any luck finding a case or a mount for my BTT HDMI5 1.1, so I made this one.
Here are the print settings for the one in the photos:
- SunLu PETG
- 0.2mm layers
- 75% infill
- No supports (mostly)
For the bracket, I printed it on it's side, and painted supports under the hooks.
To assemble:
- Use M3x12mm to mount the screen to the screen mount.
- Use some M4 bolts and M4 T nuts to attach the bracket to some aluminum extrusion.
- Put the face place over the screen, and use M4 x 16mm bolts to attach the faceplate to the mount. I opted to put those bolts on the front, but you could use shorter ones and come through the back. The M4 fits snugly enough that it can just be threaded in. No nuts needed.
- Attach the assembled screen to the bracket.
