Drawn in Fusion 360 at scale 1:1, so it will have to be scaled down in order to be printed.
I couldn't find a blueprint for it, so I estimated the size for the frame and position of the brackets so it would fit a 1:10 printed pallet that I have.
The retaining brackets in the corners are a bit fragile, so it's not a toy.
I did the printing on a Ender 3 Neo in PLA, model flipped up-side-down, no special settings.
