This is a remix based on Bosch Indego Vorderräder - Bosch Indego front wheels by 2Mars. His wheel is based around a 6000 bearing (10x26x8) and works perfectly.
Since I had a bunch of 608 bearings (8x22x7) lying around from old, worn inline-skate wheels, I've changed the design a bit to make them fit as well.

How to print

  • Material: PETG is recommended
    • I used Prusament Galaxy black PETG
  • Layer height: 0.20/0.25mm
  • Perimeters: 3
  • Infill: 10% gyroid
  • Supports:
    • None for the wheel
    • None for the axis if you print it standing up.
      • I've printed mine in landscape for structural strength purposes. So it needs a small support structure/brim but it's only about 0.20 gram surplus.

Assembly

The tolerances are pretty tight on purpose so that a minimum of debris gets in between the bearings. This means that you might need to smooth out the axis a bit with grinding paper.

Needed materials for one wheel:

  • 1 axis
  • 1 wheel
  • 2 bearing protectors (optional)
  • 2 original screws
  • 2 x 608 bearing, preferabele a closed type (Z,ZZ,RS,2RS)

Everything should be assembled by hand and a hammer should not be required. You will need pliers to grip the axis to be able to tighten the screws while attaching it to the mower.
If you use the bearing protector, place it on both sides of the wheel with the spacer facing the wheel. It should be close, but not touching the wheel.
