You might find this useful to evenly slice your bread using a standard bread knife. Apart from the printed cutting guide and the foot spacers you'll need a simple (wooden) bread board to mount these parts to (using e.g. 3x13mm wood screws). Skid-proof rubber feet are also highly recommended to prevent the assembly from moving about when in use.

You can install one or two of the guiding parts; in case of two parts they ought to be installed exactly opposite of each other to guide the knife on either end. Install a couple of foot spacers and attach the skid-proof rubber feet to them (and to the guiding part). See also the picture of the bottom view on how to mount the parts.

The slot for the knife blade is 2mm wide which works well for blades of approx. 1.5mm. To accommodate thicker blades simply scale the models accordingly in your 3D slicer software of choice.

Since the bread might touch the printed cutting guide using food-safe filament or resin is probably a good idea.
