I had several lengths of OpenBeam from the original Kickstarter, but not enough brackets to do anything useful with - so when I needed a project to teach myself FreeCAD it seemed the logical start.
I've added an alignment ridge to the underside to help keep things square. The main body is 3mm thick, allowing a M3x6mm bolt to catch the captive nut underneath.
Shown here is a test rig using the brackets to help me revamp my friend's old Titan/V6 so that I can replace the last remaining parts of my horrible old ANET A8.
