The MKII VW's came in two flavors. FWD, and AWD. There is a common swap of the AWD (Syncro) system into the FWD variations. The mounts themselves are a VERY rare part, so these were designed to help fill that issue.
These can be printed in the 3 variations, to help mock up the location of the Syncro beam. This helps center your wheel in the wheel well. After the mockup, you can machine or manufacture the part with the correct dimensions yourself.
