Use glue to assemble and fill the gaps between the body and head with Polyfilla or similar. Sand smooth and paint with acrylics. I printed the example shown here with 0% infill, 3 shells. No support is required.
Note: Two versions of the head are provided. If you prefer to print the head, beak and eyes in different colors, use Toucan_beak+support.stl, Toucan_eyes.stl and Toucan_head+peghole.stl. Otherwise, use Toucan_top-halves.stl
