I originally bought this camera to use with Octoprint, however I did not like the auto-focus. So I went back to using the ol' trusty C270 for Octoprint and decided to use the C615 for my work web cam. I use a TV mounted on the wall as my main display and my work laptop as a secondary display. I wanted the camera positioned under the TV but centered so I created a wall mount that sticks to the wall with a 3M Command adhesive strip.
I had previously removed the original folding base from the C615 (see video below) to retain the swivel shaft. The c615Base model is designed to accept the swivel shaft. I had to print this laying on its side as I was having some over-extrusion issues that was causing the shaft pocket to print undersized.
For the wall mount itself, I used tree supports for under the ball section.
