I was building ergonomic keyboard called redox and I didn't have TRRS jack or teensy so I edited the case a little bit to house pro micro and usb c pinout board - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002795893679.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.10.21ef1802NuyIv3
Both are press fit however I recommend adding hot glue over them to prevent them from getting loose when connecting and disconnecting them multiple times.
Also by default, it uses I2C communication between the two halves, requiring a couple of resistors that i didn't have. So if you want to skip soldering another 4 points of contact, you can use my firmware that uses serial communication and doesn't need any resistors.
