Carousel Tray

Designed with (60 degree) "small" bowls and (120 degree) "wide" bowls.  Mix and match sizes and colors.  Sheet 1 contains one size of each, and you'll need 360 degrees worth.

Print the rest of the sheets once each.  There are small custom brims in a few locations.  Cut them off.  None are visible so the trim doesn't have to be perfect. 

Supplies required:   6 Skateboard Bearings [7x22] (608 Series),   1 side of an empty Prusament Spool

Assembly instructions after you've printed everything.

1. Attach the bearings to the base ring using the clips to secure.
2. Using the picture diagram below (see photos for larger pic) install the hex posts in the locations shown - 6 places.   Line up the hub with the middle notch toward you.  Follow the centerline straight out to the right and down 1 hole.  Push in the hex post from the backside.  Repeat every 60 degrees as shown.  Holes are circled in red.
3. Line up the posts with the hole in the bottom of the bowls.  
4. Thread the entire assembly together.  Doesn't have to be torqued down. 
5. Place the track ring on a flat surface and rotate.  If it doesn't spin you probably have the bottom ring on upside down.
