None of the Orange Pi cases fitted my Orange PI Zero Plus.
Here is my take.
Update 4/2/2019:
- Added side vents for increased airflow around the board.
- Added hole in the top to mount the WIFI antenna.
- Reduced clearance between bottom retaining pins and the board.

Notes:
Rotate the top so the honeycomb is on the build plate. You shouldn't need support for the ports but you may need to clean up the holes if your bridging isn't perfect.
