This is a basic model for a printed card to contain a photo sensitive WT2003 USB mp3 player module https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/Recording-Rechargeable-Lithium-Battery-Sensitive/dp/B07CSTF378 When opened the light should trigger the sound.
The front can contain any design you like (I've included the originals for editing).
To print:
print with 10% infill and .3 layer height is fine.
Print the front face down on the bed
Print the base with with the speaker holes on the bed. Supports are optional here as they may be needed for the hinges. I printed without supports and cleaned it up afterwards.
Print the cover for the module with the tabs against the bed.
To Assemble:
The hinge is made with a paper clip I cut to size and inserted into the hole in the front piece. I cut it slightly shorter than the hinge length, pushed it through and put a drop of super glue down to hold it in place you may need to use a small drill bit to cut the holes in the hinges a little neater.
Insert the module into the base and align it correctly with the switch and usb port at the openings in the base.
You may need a little hot glue to secure the module in place.
Insert the cover into the base. You can use super glue/CA glue to secure it in place.
Plug a usb cable into the module, charge it and transfer an mp3 across. Switch it on and hand it over!
