I recently came across another cassette-style card wallet here on printables, and fell in love with it!
I decided to try my hand at modeling one a little bigger so here is the result.
Uses 4 m3x8 Screws and 4 m3 nuts.
Super glue needed to hold the “Spindle cover” and “Top trim” pieces in place.
The inside has space for 4 “springs” I've designed that allow cards to fit snug, and slide without without too much force.
If the springs are not a good design, I did find success in just balling up masking tape and shoving it in the space for the springs.

Print settings that worked for me
PLA
.2 layer height for the body's
.12 layer height for the rest.
50% infill for everything but feel free to adjust to your liking.
The label template should be made to be 94mm x 56mm
