Hi! I'm…
An OnShape Modeled Name Plate!
Simply place it face up in your slicer, and add some weak supports to get the bevel right if you think it's needed on your machine, and print!
It comes with 2 screw holes per corner so you can mount it, or you can add your own in post with a drill or cover them with cylinder parts in prusaslicer or any other slicer that lets you do that.
The notch in the middle is for you to write your name (or whatever you see fit), you can cut paper and use double sided tape or glue to make a re-writable plate or just go to town with sharpie on the plate itself. You can also use the second file which has no notch if you want it to be flush. You can also use PS 2.6's text feature or download the STEP file and do it in your cad software of choice to permanently write your name in plastic by putting it directly on the model.
