I hate putting stickers on my truck windows. In short order they look bad, peel away, get lost or damaged. My original Tinkercad model is a holder sized to accommodate a car wash RFID sticker. I can take it out and place on the dashboard when needed, and then store in the glove compartment when its not.
I used PETG in the print, but PLA may work fine. Some consideration should be given if user may decide to leave it on the dashboard in hot conditions.
Other tinkerers may want to size this model for their particular application and use. Mine fits my need, sticker size very well.
I printed base in Orange and letters/trim in White, so that it can be identified quickly if in any car clutter. Others may want to scale differently, but I wanted something sturdy, and that would provide some protection for the sticker – they are destroyed when you have to peel them off.
I've experienced no issues with the RFID being picked up by the car wash sensors - works fine!!
