I accidentally dropped my scooter and broke the plastic piece that is keeping the handle tight. In the last picture you can see the foam housing over the plastic handle, which is then “clamped” tight to the metal pole by the metal ring in the end. I designed the upper-outer part a tiny bit thicker (2.5mm) than original, so that the metal ring sits even tighter. I included the step-file so you can make the upper ring a bit thinner if you want to (2mm for example). With 2.5mm I needed a longer a slightly screw to tighten the metal clamp. I think it was M3 or M4

  1. Take off the old handle by unscrewing the metal clamp.
  2. On the old plastic handle, squeeze a normal plier tool and grip the underlying plastic (effectively shoving the foam away), then drag out the foam.
  3. Put the foam on the new plastic handle. Use a bit of patience.. I put it towards the floor with my bodyweight above and carefully slid it in until it was eventually fully threaded.

Print with PETG for durability.
I used PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle and 2.5mm layer height
